Latte PMU SHINE pigment is ideal for creating a gradient in artistic eyebrow shading. Used as a light pigment in the first passes, preparing the base for darker shades. It allows you to express every pixel, skill-fully arranged by the master at work! Recommended for covering cool reds and purples. For darkening, add espresso colour.
It also pairs beautifully with Cappuccinos!
